I have always been curious, constantly taking things apart to see how they work and putting them back together, sometimes unsuccessfully! I learned the value of knowing how things work through experimentation and I was keenly observant before making decisions on how to engage situations. I reverse engineer situations and people to understand how to influence behavior, capture attention and hustle to help. Most importantly, I continue to learn and understand how to create fulfilling human experiences. People and relationships matter. And loyalty is fostered by the experience we offer to help them succeed. Having owned my own company for 10 years, and worked as an individual contributor and leader in the SaaS software and consulting space for 15+ years, I am passionate about taking chaos and turning it into order, taking what\'s good and making it great, and leaving what works well, alone.As a senior leader in PreSales, Sales, Channels/Alliances and Consulting, I have built teams from the ground up, developed process to promote accountability, and created a sustaining culture of consistency, reward, and career growth, while maintaining my belief that humor is a gateway to breaking down the walls we build that prevent fulfillment during, not at the end of the process. Driving engagement and high performing teams is best fostered through consistent hiring practices, relevant coaching, and continuous feedback loops, knowing that my beliefs about people have one constant: it is in and through people that great things happen. Next to being with and admiring my kids, I love endurance sports. I\'m avid about triathlon, cycling, running and finding peace through any outdoor activity in the Utah mountain ranges.
