About Kc Menon
A services veteran, I have dedicated the formative years with the Indian Army. During my 22 years long stint with the Indian Army as an infantryman, I have had the opportunity to serve the Indian Peacekeeping force in Sri Lanka and the UN Mission in Somalia. Naturally driven towards my calling of Human Resource Management, I am a service professional who has spent 15 years in the luxury hospitality business and have been an integral part of the Pre-Opening Teams of ITC Grand Central, Mumbai; ITC Gardenia, Bangalore and the Regional Manager (South) – Human Resources at ITC Hotels and functioned from ITC Grand Chola, Chennai.While my expertise lie in ‘Group Dynamics’ which witnessed my representation on the Service Selection Board panel for the Indian Armed Forces, my core interests are vested towards Skill Development, Training, Corporate Social Responsibility and Individual Social Responsibility as primarily areas of responsibility. I am interested in the field of making differently abled people employable and have worked along with ADAPT, Mumbai (formerly Spastic Society).I am currently conducting seminars for Educational Institutions on HR related subjects and Sustainability across the country. Vis WGSHA ( Manipa;l University), Christ University( Centre For Education Sustainability & Development), SRM University, PES University, Various IHMs etc.
