This allows demos to be accessible within minutes across the entire company and to partners for sales meetings, marketing events, internal company kickoffs, and our flagship customer conference, Pega World.• Innovation around lighter-weight digital demo formats and product experiences allowing for partner and prospect self-discovery earlier in the sales cycle• Delivering standardized hands-on workshops (in person/remote/hybrid) that allow prospects to \"unbox\" the technology and experience Pega first-hand.

Given numerous studies from Gartner and elsewhere showing product demos to be the element of a sales cycle *most* highly valued by technology buyers, you would think they might receive more attention and focus in enterprise sales and marketing orgs. That\'s even more the case as prospects increasingly demand online experiences and the ability to self-research when sellers are not even in the room.With over 20 years in in technical presales and delivery, I\'m passionate about re-imagining what product experiences can be. I lead the Demo Experience (\"DemoX\") organization with some of the most diverse teams at Pega in terms of skill-sets, cultural background, location, age, and gender. We\'re a large global group of developers, creative UX designers, videographers, project managers, storytellers, and sales engineers and we collaborate with account teams, marketing, Pega partners and client COEs around the world. Think of us like the special-effects team in a movie. except at scale. We bring Pega technology to life with innovative demonstrations and hands-on live experiences that combine software capabilities with business value propositions wrapped in slick creative design formats. I see this as the next evolution of a journey I’ve been on since I first experienced, while working for a consultancy in the San Francisco Bay Area, the value of combining the creative, tech, and business strategy disciplines as a way to unlock innovation and value.
