Establish and Lead Ireland CTO Function - Build and lead the Ireland-based technology team, aligning it with the broader group’s strategic objectives while ensuring local autonomy and operational readiness. Technology Governance & Group Alignment - Design and implement local technology governance structures that integrate effectively with the global group’s architecture, policies, and risk management frameworks. Regulatory Compliance & Engagement - Ensure full compliance with EU regulatory frameworks (e.g. DORA, MiFID II, licensing obligations) and actively manage technology-related interactions with regulatory authorities and supervisory bodies. Platform Reliability, Security & Scalability - Oversee the operation of a secure, resilient, and scalable trading platform tailored for EU markets, including adherence to operational resilience and ICT risk requirements. Risk Management, Governance Forums & Reporting - Establish and oversee technology risk management practices, chair relevant governance forums, and ensure effective tracking, reporting, and escalation of key operational, security, and regulatory metrics.
