Hedge Fund Counterparty Credit Risk: Agile Lead / Lead Business Analyst, Single Prime Brokerage Limit Program • Leading an agile team of 5 resources (4 developers, 1 tester) in the design and delivery of end-to-end credit risk technology solutions • Implementing a measure to aggregate OTC collateralised, SFT and ETD Cleared exposures for prime brokerage counterparties and integrating counterparty netting agreements across portfolios and surplus collateral • Responsible for clarifying, analysing and translating business requirements into functional IT requirements and user stories (JIRA, Confluence) • Responsible for the end to end UAT of the derived measure (exposure generating, limit management, excess management, reporting) • Responsible for production go-live and UAT dry run activities • Implementing behavior-driven development (BDD) and automated testing (Cucumber) within the team
