I am responsible for ensuring our colleagues deliver excellent service and add value for our customers at every contact point.My role is to ensure that we have the best trained and skilled colleagues in the business so we can attract new customers, add value to the service we provide and retain their custom. As well as ensuring that we enhance our relationships with our existing customers to build strong advocacy. By delivering the best customer experience and using systems and processes that ensure we stay ahead of the competition, we will attract and retain more and more customers. It is only by moving forward that we will enhance our reputation for the best deals and customer care for New Cars, Used Cars as well as Parts, Service, Maintenance and Body Repair.

The John Clark Motor Group is a family owned and run business which represents well known brands such as Alpine, Audi, BMW, BMW Motorcycles, Dacia, Jaguar, Kia, Land Rover, MG, MINI, Nissan, Renault, SEAT, Skoda, Volvo, Volkswagen and Volkswagen Vans as well as 3 Used Car Superstores - JC Select. We also run a Camper Hire and Leasing business - Clarkie\'s Campers and Clark Commercials which is Scotland\'s leading independent commercial vehicle dealership. We also have five accident repair centres, two trade parts factors and other specialised support businesses. We are proud to now officially be the second largest dealer group in Scotland and sixteenth in the UK.We are also an Accredited IMI Awards Centre able to provide worldwide recognised qualifications for our colleagues.We have also won the 2015 Automotive Management Awards for both Best Retail Group and the Retailer of the Year. This was followed by the AM Award for Best Training and Development in 2016 and we were Highly Commended in the AM People Investor Award in 2019. We were proud to be recognised by the Scottish Motor Trade Association (SMTA) for our Charity Work when they awarded us the Car STARS Award in 2018. Followed by achieving Highly Commended in the Automotive Management 2019 Investor in People Award. In 2022 we also won the Motor Trader Skills and Development Award.
