My favorite is when I see the \'lightbulb\' go off in one\'s mind! For my entire professional career I\'ve been doing this for high-tech software companies, but ready to shift doing this for youth development services professionally in addition to volunteering with youth!On a personal note, I am proud to be born and raised in upstate NY, then maturing into “me” around Denver CO since 2001. All the things I love about NY I\'ve grown to appreciate even more in CO, such as my church, volunteering, city living, live music, entertaining friends, camping, boating, volleyball and skiing.I’ve been loyal to high-tech software technology sales my entire career, especially proud of the connections and work I got to do for Autodesk, who\'s solutions enable our customers to design and make a difference around the world.#makeanythingI have acquired many skills over the years; however, facilitation, program execution, mentoring, and training have filled my cup since the beginning of my career journey! I started with onboarding new UPS employees, then 10 years of selling geospatial software solutions, to 8 years of developing and executing channel and sales programs at Autodesk, then full circle back to onboarding, for 5 years enabling new sales and success reps, and lastly 2 years at Autodesk on skill development and customer success program management.
