As an Associate and Regional Survey Manager at Bohler, I lead and grow the firm’s surveying operations across the state of Florida. I oversee multidisciplinary teams delivering survey solutions for complex, large-scale land development projects, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and client service.My role spans strategic planning, personnel leadership, and business development—directing survey managers, field crews, and technical staff; managing master service agreements; and ensuring projects are executed accurately, on schedule, and within budget. I work closely with clients, civil engineers, and internal project teams to develop customized survey approaches that support successful project outcomes from entitlement through construction.Prior to establishing and expanding Bohler’s Florida survey operations, I gained experience in the firm’s Mid-Atlantic region out of the Warrenton, Virginia office. That foundation shaped my technical understanding and practical approach to managing teams, scopes, and schedules across diverse project types.I’m passionate about building strong teams, mentoring the next generation of survey professionals, and developing long-term client relationships.
