ABOUT NISHA C.

I am passionate about creating memorable and meaningful experiences for athletes, staff, fans, and stakeholders in an organization. I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Recreation Event Management from Central Michigan University, and I have been working in the sports industry for over five years. I started as a Guest Services Coordinator at Detroit Lions, where I coordinated game day operations and customer service, and then I became an Operations Coordinator, where I managed logistics and inventory for the stadium. In my Player Engagement Associateship, I planned and executed events and programs that fostered player development, wellness, and community involvement. I developed strong interpersonal skills, event planning skills, and social networking skills. I enjoy working with a diverse and dynamic team that shares my vision and values. My goal is to make a positive impact on the lives of athletes, fans, staff, and stakeholders and champion growth and success within an organization.
