PECK Commercial Construction is a full-service commercial construction company, focused on Design/Build and Construction Management at Risk delivery methods. After 15 years of working for two of Oklahoma City’s most respected commercial builders, Collins Peck established PECK Commercial Construction in 2025 to provide excellent, client focused services to both public and private owners. He has extensive experience working in preconstruction as an estimator, project management as an Executive Project Manager, and business development as Vice President. Collins has successfully managed the preconstruction and construction phases of over $350 million in projects in central Oklahoma. Notable projects completed are the Finish Line Tower on the Oklahoma River, multiple buildings on the campus of Expand Energy (formerly Chesapeake Energy), The Salvation Army Central Oklahoma Headquarters, The Myriad Gardens Crystal Bridge renovation and restoration, The Citizen – a new 12 story mixed-use building in downtown Oklahoma City, and multiple projects in the Downtown Oklahoma City core. Collins is a 2010 graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where he earned a bachelor\'s degree in Construction Science and was on the Dean\'s Honor Roll. Collins has extensive involvement in the community as a volunteer for many Oklahoma City based non-profits. His service is currently on the boards of the Civic Center Foundation, Last Frontier Council of Boy Scouts, Allied Arts, Integris Health Foundation and OMRF as an Ambassador. He has been an officer for many of these organizations, including past president of the Downtown Club of Oklahoma City, Vice-Chair of the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, Co-Chair of Infant Crisis Services Young Professional’s board, Sergeant at Arms of Rotary Club 29, Vice-Chair of the Civic Center Foundation and has served on multiple advisory committees.
