About Kelsey Collins
Growing up, I used to call my dad\'s emotional intelligence training and development work \"psychobabble\"- turns out I am just as passionate as he is about bringing empathy and resilience to the workplace. As a consultant, I am most proud of the coaching and mentorship I am able to bring to my client relationships and team members to build a culture of open communication, empathy, and empowerment. I am looking to continue working with other leaders to enable them to best support their workforce and unlock their potential.
