   Island Realty is the oldest family owned and operated property management company on Isle of Palms. We are proud of our rich history, and believe our longevity has played an integral role in forming close relationships with the islands and surrounding community.While initially established as a Vacation Rental Management and Real Estate sales company, the business has since expanded to include a very successful Long-Term Rentals Department including corporate rentals, homeowners association and regime management, and Isle Watch It, a property monitoring service. In recent years, Island Realty has also opened a subsidiary company, Isle Clean It, which serves as Island Realty\'s housekeeping arm and also includes the Isle Fix It division for maintenance.As the Business Development Director my primary responsibility is to increase the unit count for our Vacation Rental and Long-Term Rental programs.
