Testing physical and chemical parameters such as PH, Viscosity, Refractive Index, Freezing Point, Percentage Glycol, Specific Gravity, Density, Color, Appearance, Moisture content, Reserve Alkalinity, Purity, Acidity, Iron(Fe) etc of samples of Raw Materials, blend samples, and production samples of antifreeze, coolants, heating and hydraulic fluids using ASTM approved SOPs2. Performing a wide range of analytical tests for metallic and non-metallic analytes, ions, contaminants such as TTZ, Chlorides, Boron, Silicon, Nitrites, Molybdates, and experiments using various techniques such as MP-AES, HPLC, GC, FT-IR, UV-VIS, and Ion Chromatography.3. Document and accurately report lab findings, troubleshoot minor formulation issues, and contribute to continuous improvement in production processes using Microsoft AX Dynamics and Excel4. Perform routine and final quality checks on raw materials and finished products using standard lab procedures.5. Prepare and issue Certificates of Analysis (C of A) to certify product quality and compliance.6. Routine Calibration of analytical instruments like PH meters, Refractometers, Densitometer, HPLC, IC, Karl Fischer Titration, GC, MP-AES7. Performing Foam dissipation test of blended and production samples of antifreeze, coolants and heating fluids8. Conduct used oil analysis to address customers\' concerns9. Assist in monitoring and correcting pH levels, glycol, and freezing points in product formulations to ensure compliance with product specifications.10. Support the manufacturing team with lab testing and quality control during production scale-up and batch verification.11. Work closely with quality assurance and production staff to maintain product consistency and safety standards.
