Manage and oversee sites for Bank of America on both new construction and remodel projects within admin locations, coordinating site activities and assuring that all disciplines directly involved in the project are in line with the project goals, objectives, and deliverables- Oversee and provide direction to general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors when doing groundwork ensuring quality standards are met- Carry and coordinate progress meetings; make regular trips to sites during construction including bid walks, preconstruction walks, in-progress site visits, punch walks, and construction closeout- Preparing the quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process, assuring the working environment is maintained at acceptable levels- Maintain and update SOV and preconstruction documents as the project shifts as well as monitoring contract obligations to stay on-time on-budget.
