About Collin Niehenke
My name is Collin Niehenke. I am a project supervisor at Micron with over 4 years of experience in the industry. I lead and manage teams of manufacturing personnel to achieve production goals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. I have a strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and how process improvements can be implemented to increase efficiency. My communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with both my team and cross-functional departments have been key to my success in this role. In my free time, I love to get out and explore the world. Some of the things I enjoy most are backpacking, snowboarding, and photography.
