   Created Oracle APEX Client Relationship Management System that provides direct data access for our employees to onboard potential merchants, manage their daily activities and communicate with team members. New CRM saved Actum over on yearly Salesforce contract.• Developed an Oracle APEX Merchant Portal encompassing functions, procedures, and reporting for our clients (over 1700 active users). Strengthened by a robust multifactor authentication system and in-house security settings, granting customers control over their data.• Documenting, analyzing, and converting legacy processes (previously written in PERL) into oracle PL/SQL functions and procedures to be used in the applications stated above.• Enhancing my Oracle SQL skills and learning the foundations of ACTUM’s data structure by creating customized reports, building out schemas to house new applications, taking courses and utilizing languages such as Python, PL/SQL, JavaScript and CSS.• Adapting to Actum’s changing needs as we’re migrating host data from onsite to Oracle APEX Cloud Service.• Leading a team of developers to modernize core money movement applications, driving major architectural and process improvements.• Bringing forth new standards for documentation, testing and software security. Creating application wide documentation systems to allow devs and internal users to read and understand the applications they work in.
