I grew up in a family where real estate and the automotive business were a normal part of life, so working with people, solving problems, and managing high-value decisions became second nature early on. As a third-generation property management professional, I’ve built my career on improving communities, strengthening operations, and helping residents feel confident in the place they call home. Whether it’s leading a lease-up, stabilizing a new asset, or turning around a property that needs direction, I focus on clear planning, strong teamwork, and consistent execution.I now serve as the Community Director for The 600, a luxury high-rise in downtown Birmingham. The building recently transitioned from Gallery Residential to Fortis Management, and I helped guide that handover to ensure a smooth and organized experience for residents, staff, and ownership. My role centers on operations, leasing strategy, and resident experience, but most importantly, it’s about making sure the building runs well and people feel supported.Before joining Fortis, I held a portfolio-level leadership role with a nationally recognized owner-operator, overseeing high-rise and mid-rise assets from construction through stabilization. I launched new developments, corrected struggling operations, and worked closely with teams to improve occupancy, retention, and overall performance. My career has also taken me through major markets like Los Angeles, Miami, and New York, giving me firsthand insight into renter expectations and what great service should look like. No matter the city, success always comes down to communication, accountability, and follow-through.Earlier in my career, I spent several years in automotive sales and vehicle investment with major manufacturers.
