ABOUT COLLIN HOHMAN
I started Walk On Valley Properties as a senior at the University of Montana, discovering the quiet beauty of the Bitterroot Valley in western Montana. I began managing and renting properties as vacation rentals for traveling anglers and adventure-seekers.I’ve found my purpose in creating meaningful connections and memorable experiences through full-service property and adventure rental management. Today, we passionately manage a portfolio of 50+ vacation rental properties across the Bitterroot Valley of Montana and Sun Valley, Idaho. What began as a college idea has grown into a business with a dedicated team of four full-time professionals, all focused on making every guest’s vacation perfect.In addition to vacation rentals, I hold my real estate license in Montana, helping clients—many of whom are long-term relationships—invest in and purchase additional properties across the state.I’m passionate about Real estate, Investing, Bitcoin, and Montana, and love building businesses and experiences that leave a lasting impact.
