Utilizing a vertical indoor farm in Lake in the Hills, Sasquash Gardens provides the highest quality micro green varietals and mixes to high end restaurants all over Chicagoland. Sasquash gardens is in its second year, and has grown to providing top quality microgreens in 100s of restaurants, country clubs and banquet halls in the greater Chicago Area.
