I\'m a systems person. I have a gift (and loads of experience) for understanding how people systems work - at the individual, team, and organization levels - and for helping organizations evaluate and adapt those systems to get great results. I\'m also a people person. A big part of the systems work is helping organizations improve performance outcomes in partnership with their people. So, not only do I get to work with great people, but I get to improve the quality of their day-to-day experience and help them enhance connections with each other. Frequently, my work involves creating mutually beneficial processes for performance management, succession management, employee engagement, the employee lifecycle, and enhancing the organizational culture.
