ABOUT COLLETTE MARCUS

I am a Senior Consultant at Aon in their Pension Governance team. I am a Professional Member of the Pensions Management Institute (PMI) and have worked in occupational pensions since in a variety of roles across Pensions Administration, Consultancy, Client Relationship Management, Pensions Manager, Scheme and Trustee Secretarial, Governance and Independent Professional Trustee. I have extensive experience at a senior level of working with pension scheme trustee boards, chairs and sponsoring employers.I work with a particular focus on project management, data rectification exercises, governance, pensions management, cyber risk, GDPR, diversity and inclusion, operations, advisers and scheme member experience. My strength lies in applying broad operational pension governance and project management skills to help companies, trustee boards and other parties understand important and complex pension scheme and governance matters.
