I am actively seeking my next challenge and opportunity. Currently, I serve as a Senior Product Owner for the JLR team’s version of Stack Overflow. In this role, I have established a new squad focused on enhancing user engagement with the application and positioning it as the central hub for all technical knowledge across the business. I collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and prioritize work based on squad capacity and quarterly objectives. I work with the squad to ensure that stakeholder requirements are met and that projects are delivered on schedule. Operating within an agile environment, I follow scrum ceremonies to ensure smooth project execution. I traveled to Pune to train our new support squad and continue to engage with them regularly. I take pride in supporting their growth in both skills and confidence. I’ve previously worked as a tech lead in two other squads, which I also established, where I trained team members on JSM configuration and Planview Hub (Tasktop). This tool integrates multiple applications and systems, such as Jira to Jira, across different suppliers. In addition to these roles, I am a Jira Administrator with expertise in both Jira Software and JSM, handling day-to-day system configuration tasks, such as customizing workflows and creating bespoke projects, on both Software and Data Centre editions. I am also a Planview Hub Administrator. I have a solid understanding of ITIL and ITSM practices. I managed the transition from ServiceNow to Jira Service Management and previously served as the ServiceNow Administrator. My experience includes liaising with stakeholders and system partners, as well as managing Application Support, Release Management, and Change Management processes.
