About Colleen Rudio

My personal goal has always been to work hard, drive progress and profitability, apply creative thinking and find innovative solutions, challenge people to achieve beyond what they see as possible, treat others with respect, and serve my community. For more than 20 years, I have been responsible for directing multiple organizations professional development, strategic marketing and service programs across Montana. My life-long commitment to volunteerism and professional development extends beyond hours of local devotion to leadership roles for several national and regional associations. As Executive Vice President, Senior Business Development Officer and Director of Marketing, I gained extensive experience in team development, performance management, training program development, new product and service development, marketing and advertising activity facilitation, and profitability enhancement facilitation. Experienced in conducting personal and team assessments, I have been successful at developing individual performance plans, professional coaching programs, and assisting human resource professionals with employee related issues including employee recruiting, orientation and retention.I am currently serving our community as Board Member and Past President of the Missoula Downtown Association, Board Member and Secretary of Montana Community Development Corporation, Board Member and President Elect of Big Sky SHRM.
