ABOUT COLLEEN PENTLAND LALLY

As Director of Corporate Partnerships, I am responsible for identifying, implementing, and delivering all aspects of Spectacle Live\'s corporate partnership and sponsorship programs. With a keen focus on driving revenue growth through innovative partnership opportunities, I work to cultivate meaningful client relationships, creatively add value to our partners\' brands, and promote thoughtful community engagement while leading the growing cross-functional partnerships platform throughout New England. Founded in 2012, Spectacle Live specializes in live entertainment and performing arts presenting, talent buying, event marketing, ticketing, production, and venue facilities management. Venues in the ever-growing Spectacle Live portfolio include Cary Memorial Hall Lexington, Colonial Theatre Laconia, Jane Pickens Film & Event Center, Lowell Memorial Auditorium, Nashua Center for the Arts, Plymouth Memorial Hall, Shalin Liu Performance Center, and The Historic Park Theatre & Event Center. Spectacle Live provides services to a number of additional venues across the region. Prior to joining Spectacle Live, my commercial real estate career spanned nearly 20 years, including 15 years with CBRE Capital Markets, specializing primarily in the institutional multifamily sector. As a senior member of CBRE’s Global Capital Markets team, I leveraged global relationships and industry expertise to execute cross-border multifamily and hospitality investment transactions. Additionally, I was part of a multi-national team of multifamily/build-to-rent experts advocating for the development of the build-to-rent sector in new markets, including Australia, Ireland, the UK, and across Europe. Originally from the Greater Tampa Bay area, I now reside in Andover, Massachusetts with my husband and two daughters.
