In my role as Managing Director at Health Finance Coalition, I lead a team to unlock health impact at scale by mobilizing private capital and developing investment opportunities across Sub-Saharan Africa. We design, structure, and manage funds that not only aim for financial returns but also focus heavily on creating a positive impact in the healthcare sector. I supported the fundraising and close of a debt and mezzanine fund focused on digital health, innovative care models, and supply chain in Sub-Saharan Africa. Additionally, I built an investment construction platform for early-stage and growth companies, mobilizing $19M in impact investment for 4 healthcare social enterprises. We work closely with social enterprises to support business planning, financial strategies and capital structuring, strategic growth, and impact expansion, in order to attract capital.
