Enhanced the professional image and culture of Safety National with conference, meeting and event management. Acts as a goodwill ambassador for Safety National by assisting the Events Director in planning and executing corpoyevebrd and entertainment to enhance broker relations. Works with the Executive Management, Business Development and other stakeholders to maximize event effectiveness. Coordinates with the Event Director to manage components of large, Safety National client customer events and functions. Assumed responsibility for managing smaller regional events and entertainment. Researches and establishes relationships with vendors and facilities for partnerships on future Safety National client events, both in St. Louis and elsewhere in the US. Anticipate client and stakeholder needs and act as polished hostess at all events. Negotiates and contracts for program components, with Safety National’s best interest in mind. Works with CommunicTion department and stakeholders to create and proof event itineraries, guests lists and other materials for clients. Attends industry luncheons, conferences, webinars to further knowledge about the insurance and events industries. Works with Events Director on potential new broker and client engagement opportunities. Works effectively, and in collaboration with, Executivr department Administration Professionals to plan, execute and evaluate events that require joint efforts between departments.
