About Colleen Alden

20 years of human resources and leadership/organizational development experience in global ecommerce, technology and financial services companies - including valuable experience with human resources change efforts related to large scale mergers and acquisitions. Over the years, I have been privileged to work with leaders and key stakeholders in highly matrixed organizations, including cutting edge technology, M&A, change management, ecommerce, manufacturing, operations and healthcare. I put the business objectives first, and seek to develop, drive and execute HR strategies to support and enhance those goals.One of my core strengths is coaching/influencing executive clientele to enhance leadership style and competencies. This is my passion - wise, self-aware, change-adept leaders have exponential impact on organizations and business results. In June 2016, I became an executive coach through The Hudson Institute of Coaching and am ACC certified with the International Coach Federation. I am also certified to administer and debrief the Kaiser Leadership Versatility Index, and coach using Systemic Coaching and Constellations methodology.
