As an Account Manager at Vista, I focus on providing seamless and personalized service to sensitive client accounts who fly privately around the globe. I coordinate with CSMs to update and streamline client profiles, negotiate with suppliers, and pivot to out of scope matters as needed. I also take on the team lead role when upper management is off duty, overseeing 45 accounts in total. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Law from City University of New York-Brooklyn College, where I developed my analytical and problem-solving skills. I also have a passion for learning new things and exploring different cultures, having visited over 10 countries.
