   In my current role as Global Supply Chain Manager, I am accountable for product availability and risk communication for on-going products and end of life to domestic and international customers. I manage the global stock equation (production plan and inventory) to guarantee excellent service levels and optimize inventories. Furthermore, I work closely with manufacturing plants as well as US and International affiliates to understand backorders and service cuts. In addition, I drive collaboration cross functionally and keep an open line of communication on risks. As a Sourcing Manager, I lead project management activities for developing and launching tools aimed at optimizing overall efficiency and accuracy of purchasing data. I executed RFQ / supplier cost analysis to determine qualified suppliers. Furthermore, I implemented the onboarding process for all Packaging Component suppliers. One of my main duties in this position was to drive operational audits to ensure adherence to all corporate purchasing procedures. I performed, consolidated, and provided financial analysis to senior management on monthly purchasing price variances, quarterly trends, and annual budget. In addition, I organized training for buyers on purchasing processes and IT tools.
