This is a continuation of my role at Collaborative Solutions, LLC. which has now become the Cognizant Workday practice.•Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for various organizations within the firm to include Sales & Client Solutions, Delivery (Workday HCM/Financial/Technical Consultants), and Internal teams (IT, Business Applications).•Effectively manage multiple requisitions within the applicant tracking system (Workday) coordinating a seamless end-to-end recruiting process, while creating and owning a positive experience for leaders, hiring managers and candidates.•Consult with hiring teams to set expectations, schedule candidate interviews, communicate timely updates, deliver actionable feedback and provide guidance throughout the recruiting and hiring process.•Work closely with key business leaders across all practices to drive recruitment strategy around the project pipeline and forecast to staying ahead of talent demand.•Develop and cultivate positive, trusting partnerships with leaders to gather and translate requirements for recruiting execution, educate on the external market/talent availability within the Workday ecosystem, as well as influence hiring strategies to support the continuous growth of the firm.•Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools to source candidates and build a dynamic pipeline of diverse Talent with in-demand skill sets.•Provide impactful mentorship, coaching and training to grow and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.•Design, implement and manage recruiting best practices and drive various talent acquisition programs and projects for continuous improvement.
