This transformative role in software implementation and training teams on best practices underscores my drive for continuous improvement and innovation in project management.Having Corporate Leadership and Management training; I have successfully managed multiple direct reports as well as cross-functional teams. I have successfully administered $100 million and larger Contracts, participating in all aspects of the Program, and various contract delivery types. Program and Project types such as mixed-use high rise residential, wastewater treatment facilities, at grade light rail commuter construction, federal jail expansion programs, urban substation, capital improvement programs, data centers, industrial manufacturing for aviation, post occupancy projects for large corporate campuses, public school expansion programs and healthcare facilities. I have a drive a motivation to enhance project teams by providing them experienced guidance to achieve greater success than planned. On one of my program assignments, the Brightwater Conveyance Project, I played an integral part in providing key documents and information to the legal team throughout the legal process to successfully defend a $60 million dollar lawsuit from the Contractor that resulted in a $120 million verdict in the client’s favor. As a Co-Lead in 2021/2022 to the National Women in Construction Industry Council for Operations and Management we produced a presentation on How to Recruit and Retain women into the construction industry. As an advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within the workplace, in 2022 I participated in several panels for events such as internal Women in Construction Forum, an Inclusion Summit for ANEW, and was a Foreman Basic Training Graduation panelist for Arcade Wayfinding.
