About Colleen Nihill

Colleen Nihill is the firm’s Chief AI and Knowledge Officer. In this role, she leads a multidisciplinary team of business professionals who support the firm’s 15 diverse practice groups and internal business functions to optimize the way work is accomplished through matter planning, process design, data, information, and technology.Ms. Nihill earned her law degree in 2001 from the Villanova University School of Law, where she served as a member of the Villanova Law Review. Her practice experience includes both litigation and antitrust law. Ms. Nihill was an associate at Saul Ewing from 2001 to 2005. She joined Dechert in 2005 as an attorney then moved onto the professional staff side in 2008. She held the position of Chief Administrative Officer before joining Morgan Lewis.
