   I serve as the back up for the Processing Quality Engineer• Responsible for Laboratory equipment management (Calibrations, Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, etc) for the plant. • Managed Rework Coordinator to ensure all Finished product Rework was conducted in the needed time frame, correctly, with appropriate documentation and following General Mills and Reed City policies and standards.• Own the execution of the Pathogen Environmental Monitoring Program at the Reed City Plant. I ensure that any positives are elevated appropriately and mitigated as per Corporate Policies.• I serve as the hold order coordinator and HiFI Subject Matter Expert for the handling of all Finished Product holds in the Reed City Plant. Part of my responsibilities include ensuring product is reworked properly, and dispositioned in a timely fashion.• I own monthly Packaging HACCP Verifications at the plant. This include ensuring checks are done properly and following up with employees using the Corrective Action database for coaching.• Part of my additional responsibilities have been to perform Line inspections (non allergen, allergen, etc), Glass break inspections (RC is single source for Oui Yogurt), and ensure any corrections or corrective actions are taken on the line prior to resuming operations.• Support Troubleshooting raw material and/or Packaging issues and work cross-functionally across departments to resolve the issues.• Responsible for organizing sensory panels with cross functional team as part of Finished product dispositions.• Responsible for investigating consumer complaints, finding root cause and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
