Managing multi-year comprehensive strategic programs which cross R&D product lines including some programs which also span other business organizations. such as Finance, IT, Manufacturing, Services, and Sales- Planning and leading annual Strategic Product Planning events and activities along with Director of Product Management Operations- Leading investigation and implementation of operational efficiencies with AWS usage and costs with plans to expand to other cloud providers- Establishing Program Management practices and structure- Increasing Program / Project Management acumen across roles with implementation of templates; mentoring; and plans for future training- Negotiate shared objectives and roadmap priorities with cross functional team members- Lead and oversee large, global, cross functional, complex, and technically challenging programs- Define, measure, and report program and individual project success criteria and objectives- Lead New Program Introductions (NPI) and other business critical and/or revenue generating efforts from charter through to commercialization into the marketplace- Utilize appropriate processes to execute the programs, flexible and innovative- Define and document program management practices, as appropriate- Identify and actively manage risks with contingency plans and mitigating activities- Effectively engage program participants, impacted teams, stakeholders, and executives- Mentor project managers and project coordinators in the R&D Operations team- Organize and lead Strategic Planning events and internal R&D Learning Programs- Expand team scope to include: Financial & Government Programs Coordination, Business Analysis, DevSecOps
