My vast and unique experiences in acute care and outpatient nursing administration, quality and compliance, bedside nursing, nursing educator, along with being a past Restaurateur and present vacation property owner and manager, I know the power and impact of the customer experience and importance of attention to detail. I can report data, educate staff, plan and implement process improvement strategies, help save a life, make a bad day better, mix a drink, serve a meal, or make your vacation dreams come true. I can do all of those things with compassion, empathy and sincerity, with attentiveness to detail to ensure that wherever I am, and whoever I serve, in whatever environment.I provide the very best experience possible.
