My job at CSC allows me to be a part of a fantastic organization while reaching challenging goals. My primary focus is to lead our functional HR Technology Team to maintain and enhance our Oracle HCM system while also managing our career architecture and compensation strategy. Additionally, I am involved with our data analytics and report building to support all of our people-related insights to enhance our data driven decisions. I am an extremely organized person and love \"to-do\" lists which allows me to multitask and manage a large number of projects and responsibilities at the same time. Additionally, I love building relationships with both internal and external partners which helps me to be successful in my role.CSC is an amazing place to work!
