Problem solving is at the root of everything that I do. I love what I do, because I love finding opportunities to make our associates\' lives easier through streamlining processes and implementing the latest and greatest that our systems can offer.I started working in the HRIS world immediately after graduating with a degree in Psychology and I never turned back. Psychology and HRIS may seem like a mismatch, but part of what I enjoy so much about my day-to-day is getting to work with a variety of people and working to understand how our systems can be built to better meet their needs.With nearly 12 years of experience in the HRIS world, I have worked with a variety of applications but am always looking to learn more. With systems constantly changing, I feel like my work is never done and that is an amazing thing.My specialties include Kronos Workforce Central Suite and Oracle HCM Fusion (BI Publisher Reporting, Core, Compensation and Absence Management).
