About Colleen H.
As of December, 2020, I successfully completed coursework for a dual masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling from the CACREP Accredited Counselor Education Program at Canisius College. Previously, I attended Boston College from 20••••08 as a member of their Division 1 Ice Hockey Program. I graduated with a BS in Communications and Marketing in 2008 and went on to captain the 08-09 BC Women\'s ice hockey team while pursuing a masters degree from the Woods School of Advancing Studies in Administrative Studies. Upon graduation in 2009, I began my NCAA coaching career as head coach of the University of Massachusetts Boston NCAA Division 3 ice hockey program.I returned to my hometown of Buffalo, NY and was accepted to the Counselor Education Program at CACREP accredited Canisius College. As of December, 2020, I successfully completed the requirements for a dual degree in the counseling program and will officially hold a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, as well as a Masters in School Counseling, upon receipt of my diploma in February, 2021.
