ABOUT COLLEEN GOSA NALEPINSKI

I am an experienced Investigator with 14 years of research experience. I hold a Doctorate of Medical Science, Masters in Business Administration, and have been licensed as a Physician Associate since 2011. In my current role I provide insight to decentralizing study visits through nurse & phlebotomist home visits in Phase 2 & 3 trials. I complete feasibility assessments, develop home strategy, create proposals, review & define budgets, as well as present at bid defense meetings. Through my work as an experienced (>150 phase 1 studies) Investigator, I have a demonstrated history of working in the clinical research industry. I am skilled in protocol development, risk mitigation, safety reviews (AE, ECG, VS, laboratory results), IRB submissions, clinical monitoring, Good Clinical Practice, CSR review, esource build & utilization, and end to end clinical conduct. Additionally, my newest role is working with PA students as a Clinical Assistant Professor for the Evidence Based Practice course. Collectively, I have over 5 years of leadership experience as the dept head and line manager for a team of physicians as well as through my current Director role. I am a healthcare professional with a Doctorate in Medical Science (Healthcare Leadership & Administration) from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, Master in Physician Assistant Studies from Marquette University, BS Biochemistry & Certificate in Gerontology from UW Madison.
