In today’s financial industry of ever-evolving competition, I have embraced the opportunity of being a part of the credit union movement for the past 20 years, focusing on helping our membership improve their financial health and well-being. As a Senior Vice President of Retail Operations, I have had the honored privilege of shaping our retail strategy while ensuring that all of our contact center and branches meet an exceedingly high-level of expectations within our member services culture and adjoining standards. I am passionate about the role I am responsible for in my credit union. During those times I am not working, I enjoy the companionship of being with my friends and family.

   Define and direct the evolving advancements of branching in the financial industry regarding agility, resources, and technology in today’s fast-moving markets. We are focused on implementing strategies that lead to measurable improvements in branch performance and member experiences. These strategies target two areas, member financial well-being, and the financial institution\'s growth. Responsible for branches across several states in the progressive training, team building, goal establishment, and adherence to policies and procedures while providing expertise in selecting hardware and software products that can lead those we compete with on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. Attend and chair several committees such as Retail, Deposit Rate, Lending, Member Segmentation Strategies, Pandemic, ALCO, Risk Assessments, CU Strategic Planning, and Succession Planning, respectively. Responsible for community outreach and development including governmental affairs, while communicating with our elected officials on behalf of our members and credit unions across the country.
