As General Manager for US Asset Services, I oversee the property management and construction management for a portfolio of federal government buildings in Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska. At Summit Technology Campus South, a square foot campus in Lee\'s Summit, Mo, I have been involved since the transition of previous management and ownership of both buildings since 2005. Tenants include USCIS/GSA, St. Luke\'s Health System, CVS Health, Quest Diagnostics and UCM. My focus is to provide and maintain a strong management team that provides excellent customer service, ownership satisfaction and exceptional tenant retention. I oversee construction projects as a partner between the owner and tenant to seek to bring the best value for the property and strive for high end results, under budget and on time.I also oversee the property management, construction and special projects for the National Weather Service Building in Kansas City, Missouri, the VA Clinic in Lenexa, Kansas, the EPA Lab in Kansas City, EPA HQ in Lenexa, and the FDA in Lenexa.
