ABOUT COLLEEN FITZGERALD

Colleen Fitzgerald is a social worker and child protection practitioner with over ten years of experience particularly in case management, psychosocial support and systems building in humanitarian contexts in Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle-East. She is passionate about facilitating learning and development across humanitarian contexts. Colleen is on a mission to advocate for the collective care and wellbeing of all humanitarian responders, especially the \"natural helpers\" from affected communities. Colleen has strong inter-agency coordination skills with governments, UN bodies and NGO’s at country and global levels. She has significant experience in project management, extensive curriculum design, capacity strengthening and facilitation skills.
