My greatest strengths are leading and inspiring a team, listening, creating order out of ambiguity and architecting big projects. During my 23 years at Starbucks, I’ve had the privilege of living out the mission of nurturing and inspiring the human spirit in a number of roles, ranging from my first support role in New Ventures where I fell in love with the company - and learned how it works from inside out, up through a number of promotions to my current role as director and chief of staff for the executive vice present of Public Affairs. I’ve built strong relationships with people and teams across the company that have given me deep insight and understanding of where we’ve been and the vision to see what’s possible and how best to create efficiencies.
