A passionate, committed, and strategy-focused leader with 12 years’ experience in Business Excellence, Quality, Launch and Supply Chain. An excellent track record of project management in automotive manufacturing through a portfolio of several major launch programmes, and a broad cross-functional experience in supply chain, auditing, training, problem solving, continuous improvement and Operational Excellence, both in the automotive and aerospace sectors. Highly experienced in driving lean transformation and business improvement at all levels, from leading senior management through annual policy deployment activities to getting directly involved in kaizen activities with shop floor staff, adapting my approach as required. With people at the heart of everything, I managed the complete end-to-end deployment of Lean systems, tools, and methodology across the facility at the JLR Engine Manufacturing Centre, embedding a Lean culture into a brand new, £1 billion, state-of-the-art facility.
