I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Merrimack College, where I studied Business Administration and Marketing. I have strong skills in relationship building, brand awareness, and leadership which I developed through my education and previous work experience.Before joining ServiceNow, I worked as a Salesforce Recruiter and a Kronos Recruiter at ALKU, a niche staffing firm that specializes in placing expert level consultants. In these roles, I focused on building sound relationships with consultants and clients, finding appropriate opportunities that best suited their skills and interests, and supporting them from start to finish. I also contributed to the growth and success of ALKU by generating new clients, new opportunities, building client relationships, closing deals, and increasing revenue. I am passionate about connecting with people and finding them the best solutions, and I am motivated by the impact that ServiceNow\'s digital workflows have on improving work and life for millions of users.
