Responsible for recruiting Owner Operators and Company Drivers: working closely with Operations and the drivers for the best fit. Chicago & Carol Stream Local Texas Regional (Hutchins, & Ft. Worth) & Longview to Houston (dedicated)- O/O Company OTR Owner Operators- OTR Lease To Own- OTR• Created and oversees our online orientation that enables drivers from all over the nation to take orientation from anywhere. Responsible for updating this when needed in order for us to stay current with our qualifications, policies, and regulations.• Wrote multiple SOP\'s for Recruiting, Processing of applications, created Guide to Tenstreet, and our LTO program• Created the FAQ for our lease to own program so all staff can answer any questions a driver might have• Helped create, trained, and implemented our Functioning Performance Evaluation for all company drivers in 2014. Including the standard operating procedure and checklist• Started, implemented, and currently audit our adverse action letter that gets sent to all driver disqualified do to reports back from PSP, Hireright, and Driverfax• Oversees all advertising done for all driving positions• Created the following templates: Unemployment statement, Facilitator checklist, 2nd review, application signature, Pre-Qualifying questionnaire, and Good Faith Efforts currently being used• Responsible for everything needed for the Dallas Truck show: Creating the brochures, back drop for the show, and ordered all give away items.• Provide weekly Capacity Development reports to upper management- using TMW management and Excel• Created and currently provide monthly application statistics for upper management- using Tenstreet and Excel• Created (the spreadsheet) and currently oversee our referral program• Provides upper management with a weekly pipeline of drivers and trucks- Excel• Staff in El Paso and Dallas• Point of contact for all LTO issues within our company
