As the Vice President, Talent & Organizational Effectiveness, I have the privilege of delivering talent solutions that drive results and engage employees across ManpowerGroup. I lead teams that are responsible for Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Change Management, Talent Management, Employee Experience and Community Impact. In my role I work closely with executives on issues related to organizational design, succession, and talent strategies that drive business results and empower our employees to bring their authentic selves to work, perform their best, and grow their careers.
