Prior to joining Elanco, Dekker was a Senior Vice President and Partner at Fleishman-Hillard, one of the world’s largest public relations consultancies. She worked with clients throughout the food and ag chain to manage critical issues of consumer interest, including biotechnology and sustainability. Her media relations efforts for the Council for Biotechnology Information earned a Silver Anvil for global communications, the industry’s top honor.
