Technology has been at the heart of my career for more than two decades, but what excites me most isn’t just the systems—it’s the people who rely on them. From the days of managing physical servers to today’s cloud-first world, I’ve built a career on solving complex problems, creating automation, and guiding teams and customers through technology transformations.For over 10 years at Oracle, I worked directly with enterprise customers, supporting Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and hybrid environments. Those years taught me the critical balance of engineering depth and customer-facing communication. I became the go-to person for resolving Sev1 incidents under pressure, restoring confidence in mission-critical moments where downtime simply wasn’t an option.Beyond support, I thrive in implementation and engineering roles—designing, patching, and optimizing cloud environments, as well as building automation that saves time and prevents recurring issues. My Bash, Python, and SQL scripting experience has powered solutions that streamlined monitoring, improved patching workflows, and cut down manual errors. My foundation in Linux, servers, networking, and security has been an asset across every company I’ve worked with.But my career isn’t just about fixing problems—it’s also about creating and sharing knowledge. As a published author, I’ve written books that make AI simple to understand, breaking down concepts from beginner-friendly to advanced applications. Writing has strengthened my ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear, approachable insights—a skill that helps me mentor teammates and guide customers through difficult challenges.What makes me valuable is the mix: cloud engineering, technical support, programming expertise, and thought leadership.
