Colleen has a proven track record of creating and successfully implementing impactful radio programs, media and public relations campaigns. Her expertise extends to the development of at-risk youths and communities, showcasing her commitment to social impact. Colleen has earned a master’s degree in International Development with a concentration on Policy Governance and Law from American University; and is dedicated to advancing her knowledge in the field.
